Guarantee Deposit
A credit card deposit of IDR 3,000,000 per night is required to guarantee the reservation. Accepted credit cards include Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, Discover, and JCB.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival by 6 p.m. local time to avoid a one-night room and tax penalty.

Villas Parking
Complimentary parking is available for all guests. Valet parking is provided, but self-parking is also available.
Smoke-Free Policy
Kamandalu Ubud maintains a smoke-free environment throughout the villas. Smoking is not allowed in any guestrooms. A minimum, non-refundable cleaning fee of IDR 10,000,000 will be charged for smoking in guestrooms.
Children Policy
Children under 12 years old may stay in their parents’ room using existing bedding at no additional cost. Rollaway beds and cribs are available upon request in certain room types.
Pet Policy
Kamandalu Ubud welcomes pets up to 10 kg. A minimum IDR 1,000,000 fee per stay, including pet amenities, applies. Pets are not allowed in food and beverage areas.
